Returns: You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
الاسترجاع: يمكنكِ طلب استرجاع المنتج خلال ١٤ يوماً من تاريخ الاستلام. -
Exchanges: We offer an extended exchange period of up to 30 days from the delivery date to ensure your choice is perfect.
الاستبدال: نوفر لكِ فترة أطول للاستبدال تصل إلى ٣٠ يوماً من تاريخ الاستلام لتتأكدي من أن اختيارك هو الأنسب. -
Product Condition: Items must be in their original condition, unused, with all tags attached and in the original brand packaging.
حالة المنتج: يشترط أن يكون المنتج في حالته الأصلية، غير مستخدم، مع وجود كافة الملصقات (Tags) والتغليف الأصلي الخاص بالبراند.
